The chemical diversity of the flora and fauna of the Brazilian Biomes is revealed by its multiplicity of compound classes and structural types of secondary metabolites from plants, fungi, insects, marine organisms, and bacteria. This extraordinary bio- and chemical diversity can be explored for developing new bioproducts, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food supplements, and agricultural pesticides. DINOBBIO aims to investigate the challenges imposed on building, managing, and consuming Biochemical Knowledge Graphs through Semantic Web Technologies and Machine Learning. DINOBBIO focuses on researching new natural inspired products using Brazilian biodiversity.
